We offer free shipping on the purchase of orders above $50. For orders valued under $50, we charge a fixed shipping fee of $5.99.
At Sulis CBD, we believe in manufacturing and delivering nothing short of excellent quality products. However, if our products don’t bring you your desired results, it is highly likely that you haven’t found the dosage that best suits you. A number of our customers who report that CBD didn’t work for them often get better results when they order a higher dosage version.
If you think that is the case, please reach out to our customer support team through email and we will help you find the right dosage for yourself. If you are still not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund or ask for it to be exchanged with a different product.
Please note, however, that your return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (for opened products) because after that period, all sales are considered final and returns or refunds are not possible.
You may request a refund or exchange as long as the package and/or labeling are intact. Once you contact us, we will email you instructions for packaging and returning the items. Please also note that the cost for return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and the products must be returned to us in order for the refund to be processed.
In the case of an unopened product, you can request a refund within 60 days of purchasing.
